Parayil Group was set up under the visionary leadership of Founder Chairman Late Mr. P .J. Mathew. An established agriculturist associated with the rubber industry for long, he made forays into the hospitality business and in 1993, ventured into the food processing industry, exporting Spices and Spice Mix to USA. Born and brought up in the state of Kerala the land of Coconuts, he soon took on the task of processing and exporting Coconuts, Vegetables, Specialty Bread and other ethnic items to expatriates. Quality, Authenticity, Reliability and Consistency were the primary ingredients of every item.
Quality of Products, Authenticity of Taste, Reliability of Manufacturing Processes and Consistency of Flavour are the four cornerstones on which the Parayil Group was built on and continues to believe in. Our facilities are compliant with International Specifications. It is these strengths that have encouraged customers to stay loyal to us over the years.
We have set up an R&D Center to ensure Authenticity of Taste in each of our products. Each one of our multiple Facilities has been designed keeping in mind not just the USDA and EU standards of operations, but traditional processes of cooking, that lend the product the very essence of home-made, authentic taste and flavor, as well!
Each facility integrates all aspects of preparation under one roof – right from pre-processing to processing, quality control and storage. Each facility is HACCP implemented and follows GMP at all points. US FDA and EU officials have visited and audited our facilities for compliance. Our units are ISO 9001-2000 and BRC Certified.
In addition, a full-fledged laboratory manned by qualified experts work all shifts to ensure that only quality products are consistently delivered to your kitchen! We bring you traditional Indian Cuisine right to your dining table. In fact, our R&D team is hard at work, putting together more and more traditional items onto your plate, including hitherto not-made-at-home-often dishes.
